First P: People

The People principle emphasises the importance of capturing and representing the individuals or groups involved in the conversation or meeting. This includes visually depicting participants, their roles, and their contributions. By visually acknowledging the people involved, the facilitator creates a sense of inclusivity and recognition within the graphical representation.

There are many ways to draw people. We usually draw either mountain people or star people, they can also be drawn as teams, and you can give them different facial expressions.
