About Me
I’m Giuseppe – an engineer turned leader, coach, and trainer. For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in new product development, management, and leadership roles across Europe. But here’s what really shaped me: realising that most leadership advice is designed for a world that no longer exists.
I’ve spent the last 17 years helping leaders and teams create workplaces that are productive, sustainable, and human. My mission? To democratise leadership – because the best organisations don’t rely on a few "heroes" at the top. They empower everyone to lead, regardless of their role.
I’m a Fellow at Better Change, a certified professional coach, and a self-confessed small-talk enthusiast (yes, even in Scandinavia). I live in Stockholm but work globally, helping leaders navigate the messiness of hybrid work, cultural change, and their own self-doubt.
