About Me

I’m Giuseppe – an engineer turned leader, coach, and trainer. For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in new product development, management, and leadership roles across Europe. But here’s what really shaped me: realising that most leadership advice is designed for a world that no longer exists.

I’ve spent the last 20 years helping leaders and teams create workplaces that are productive, sustainable, and human. My mission? To democratise leadership, because the best organisations don’t rely on a few "heroes" at the top. They empower everyone to lead, regardless of their role.

I’m a Fellow at Better Change, a certified professional coach, and a self-confessed small-talk enthusiast (yes, even in Scandinavia). I live in Stockholm but work globally, helping leaders navigate the messiness of hybrid work, cultural change, and their own self-doubt.
