About Me
I am an organisational development coach with a background in computer engineering and more than a decade of international experience working with leaders and organisations.
My professional journey has taken me across more than 15 countries, supporting transformation processes at individual, team, and organisational levels. Over time, my focus has shifted from frameworks and structures to something more fundamental: how people observe, interpret, decide, and act.
I believe leadership is a capability that can be developed. It is about self-awareness, internal responsibility, cultural and context awareness, and coherence.
Many conflicts (in teams, organisations, and even societies) emerge from imposing our views rather than seeking to understand others. I am passionate about helping people expand their perspective so they can collaborate more effectively and create better outcomes together.
I am based in Madrid and work globally. I have helped leaders from different countries and background in finding their own way of leading themselves and others.
How I Coach
My style is direct and pragmatic. We will identify the operational blind spots holding you back and equip you with the tools and mental shifts needed for immediate results.
I listen carefully not only to what is said, but to what is left unsaid. I challenge assumptions, surface hidden patterns, and help you see how your conversations and decisions shape your results.
In our sessions, I create a space that is psychologically safe yet intellectually demanding. This is not therapy. This is not consulting. This is a high-level thinking partnership focused on growth, accountability, and action.
What to Expect in a Session
- No scripts, no jargon. We start with what’s actually keeping you up at night.
- A mix of reflection and action. You’ll leave with clarity – and a plan to test new approaches.
- Honest feedback. If something isn’t working, I’ll tell you. If it is, I’ll help you build on it.
- Equals at the table - We will foster a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued.
- Synergy over hierarchy - We work together to leverage your experience and uncover innovative solutions.
- Proactive problem-solving - We actively explore roadblocks and develop strategies alongside you.
- Typically we would have a 1-on-1 video call, with shared interactive notes on Miro to visualise the situation, increase alignment and maintain a history on which we can continue to build if needed.
- The goal of the first session is to understand if we would like to work together. I think the coach chooses the coachee and vice versa. Of course the first session is free.
