At the commencement of the training, we gauge the collective knowledge and experiences of the participants, as well as their learning objectives. This forms the foundation for customising the content and structure of the training.

Our approach draws from the principles of 'Training from the Back of the Room' (TBR), enhanced by graphical facilitation. Central to the training is a dynamic Scrum simulation that orchestrates the integration of all acquired knowledge.

To facilitate your engagement, a comprehensive workbook will be furnished at the outset of the training. Following the training, you will receive photographs of the flip charts, accompanied by supplementary materials.

The certification test will be individually administered subsequent to the training.

Bent Myllerup is a management consultant, organisational change agent and agile transformation coach with 20 years of personal experience in management and leadership. He holds a Master in Management Development (MMD) from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Science of Electronic Engineering (B.Sc.E.E) from Aarhus Engineering College.
