About the Presenters

Bent Myllerup is a management consultant, organisational change agent and agile transformation coach. He holds a Master in Management Development (MMD) from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Science of Electronic Engineering (B.Sc.E.E) from Aarhus Engineering College. He has 20 years of personal experience in management and leadership. Five of those years were in traditional setups and the remaining 15 in various agile organisations.

Bent has personal experiences in various contexts: From junior developer to being on the board of directors, working in a range from garage start-ups to internationally well-recognised cooperations. In a major part of his career, his responsibility has been leading and coaching people.

Bent takes agile approaches beyond software and has for a number of years been working with Scrum in an embedded environment of software, firmware, electronics and mechanics.

Giuseppe De Simone

Giuseppe De Simone is an engineer who became a leader, coach, and trainer with over 26 years of experience in product development and 16 years dedicated to coaching, consulting and training clients in different industries.

As a Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach, and Leadership Educator, he supports leaders, teams, and organizations in becoming more productive, resilient, and people-oriented.

He is the founder and CEO of his consulting and training business and a Fellow Coach at Better Change.
